Quadro Resources Ltd. is listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol QRO, on the OTC Pink (OTC Pink) under the symbol QDROF, and on the Frankfurt Exchange (FSE) under the symbol G4O. Quadro is exploring and developing its highly prospective Staghorn (optioned by TRU Precious Metals Corp. in June 2022) and Long Lake gold properties in Newfoundland. The Long Lake property is traversed by the auriferous gold-rich Cape Ray Fault and associated Rogerson Lake Conglomerate unit, described as one of the most prospective but underexplored regions in Canada, with excellent geology, multiple new gold zones and large land holdings. In this very active area, other explorers such as Calibre Mining Corp., Matador Canada Ltd., Sokoman Minerals Corp. and TRU Precious Metals Corp. are exploring and developing projects. Strategy
Quadro has an excellent share structure with a proven Management and an experienced Board of Directors. It has a small market capitalization compared to peers with similar size land holdings. Newfoundland is noted as being one of the safest mining friendly jurisdictions in the world. The Staghorn project has completed a 43-101 report (2017).
